About the Position
We are looking for an all-around Communications Manager, with experience in investor Relations. You will work on a wide variety of day-to-day internal and external communications in close collaboration with other members of the marketing team.

You will be especially focused on investor communications and will develop strategic messaging, impactful communication channels and repeatable processes that scale. All with the goal of enhancing our visibility with the investor community and providing investors with compelling company news and updates.

You will partner with the CMO and CFO to develop an investor relations communications strategy and plan, and you will drive the execution of this plan by working closely with the marketing and finance teams.

This role will be based in Gothenburg, Sweden. It is temporary position for app 1 year (Parental leave/Föräldraledighetsvikariat), full time. Start as soon as possible.

Skills & Requirements


  • Manage Investor Relations communications, including preparing quarterly and annual reports, and regulatory press releases, while soliciting input from key stakeholders.
  • Develop strategic messaging to the investor community in partnership with the CMO and CFO.
  • Manage the Investor Relations portion of the company website, ensuring content is up to date and easily accessible.
  • Develop compelling investor presentations to be used by senior executives in the company.
  • Organize and coordinate quarterly earnings calls, investor roadshows, analyst days and one-on-one meetings.
  • Prepare Q&As and lead practice sessions with executive management for investor meetings and earnings call.
  • Monitor analyst reports and summarize them for executive management.
  • Report on the investment community’s perception of company affairs and financial results.
  • Track and triage inbound requests for investor calls.
  • Create day-to-day internal and external communications, including newsletters and email campaigns.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of marketing communications experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Investor Relations.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience working in stock-listed corporation.
  • Experience working in a global company.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of capital markets, financial performance metrics, and financial statements.
  • Ability to coordinate, analyze, observe, make decisions, and meet deadlines in a detail-oriented manner.
  • Ability to work independently without continuous supervision.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Willingness to learn new approaches and adapt in a fast-moving, changing environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with other marketing disciplines such as Account Based Marketing and SEO are definitely a plus.
