Project Planner

As the Project Planner in Northvolt Ett, PMO, you will take the ownership of the schedules of defined project scopes. You will create and maintain multiple schedules in Oracle Primavera P6 and take the responsibility to collaborate with internal and external parties to secure quality outputs.

This integrated planning is constituted of the key parts from all the detailed plans of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Automation & Process equipment, Commissioning and ramp-up through to start of Operations.

You will be working closely with various departments and their stakeholders to design and implement a plan - both in terms of time and quality. The environment has high demands on flexibility, strategic thinking and problem solving skills.

In general you have a positive and can-do attitude and are able to influence counterparties to achieve Northvolt goals. You have been driving large, innovative and challenging projects with very high demand on accuracy and team spirit.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop, manage and maintain the schedules in P6 for Northvolt Ett.
  • Run and manage scheduling coordination, both internally as well as externally with vendors.
  • Produce necessary monthly, bi weekly and weekly reporting to monitor progress of Northvolt Ett projects.
  • Secure quality communication and escalation

Skills & Requirements

  • A relevant college level education
  • Minimum 2 years work of relevant work experience
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit to work in Sweden

Specific skills :

  • Good MS Office suite skills
  • Good knowledge of Primavera P6
  • Commitment to travel to or base in Skellefteå on a regular basis to perform on-site tasks
  • Technical background or an interest in technical industries.
  • Technical or project controls skillset is a plus.
  • Curious, technically educated or with business background
  • Great English written and oral skills
