Design Engineer - Gas Turbines

Our team in Linköping is growing and we are now looking for a Mechanical Engineer with expertise in Gas turbines and high temperature materials.
In this position you will:

Design and develop the next generation of gas turbines

Review and comment on technical specifications, document lists, and approved vendor lists received from clients for rotating equipment proposals

Work and coordinate design configurations across multiple engineering platforms and locations and deliver a unified engineering solution for a project
-
Innovate, creatively apply lessons learned, and implement cost-effective solutions for our projects
You will be a part of our team of Mechanical design engineers, who are working towards a variety of projects (Industry, Automotive, Med Tech).
Work with great people
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- At least 5 years of experience in Gas Turbines and/or Gas Turbine Auxiliary Systems for Oil & Gas
- Experience in responding to technical queries
- Experience with Industry Standards, such as API, JIP, etc.
- Experience in high temperature materials
Meritorious:
- Experience from working on-site or towards Sweden
- Experience in Siemens NX
