We are now looking for an experienced Internal Communication and Engagement Manager with Nordic responsibility to our headquarters in Helsinki.

The role is both strategic and very hands on and tactical and therefore we see that to succeed in this role, you need to have experience from driving, developing, producing and coordinating internal communication activities preferably from a Nordic/international company. We also see that you need to have previous experience from working closely with CEO, Executive Management Team and Managers when it comes to internal communication, internal engagement, change management, transformation and leadership.

Main areas of responsibility:

  • Nordic responsibility for our internal communication strategy, tactics, activities and tools.
  • Drive and create internal engagement around our group strategy and transformation.
  • Hands on responsibility of producing internal communication material in all internal communication channels.
  • Development and ownership responsibility of our intranet.
  • Advise, coach and educate our managers in key messages and internal communication activities.

In addition to the above you also have:

  • Excellent ability to meet, communicate and cooperate with other people, departments and other stakeholders internally and externally.
  • A flexible and problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience from working with change management
  • Previous experience from agile ways of working is seen as a plus but not a must.
  • Appropriate education within communications.

Key stakeholders in this position are Marketing and Communication, CEO and Executive Management Team, HR and our managers.
