Capgemini Invent Sweden-Finland is looking for a change oriented Learning Business Partner and Onboarding Leader based in Stockholm to work in a fast paced, dynamic, growing organization. This is the perfect match for an individual that is comfortable with creating and supporting employee learning journeys, building processes and collaborating in a truly global team.   • Developing learning strategy/roadmap for Invent Sweden-Finland supporting business needs

  • Collaborating with Invent Sweden-Finland leadership team and global L&D community on learning offerings

  • Leading and developing onboarding processes for Invent Sweden-Finland

  • Development of L&D reporting processes leveraging global dashboards

  • Leadership of multiple projects for continuous improvement including automation. Collaboration with global L&D team to accelerate learning agenda.

  • The position reports to the HR Director Invent Sweden-Finland and will have regular interaction with Invent Sweden-Finland’s Senior Leadership


  • Minimum of 6 years of experience working with L&D activities and process ownership/development

  • Experience with data automation and/or reporting. Comfortable with figures and capable of using them to produce insights to support executing of learning strategy

  • Strong communication skills – able to tell a story via PowerPoint and using data to drive action

  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with leading projects and a passion for continuous improvement and organizational transformation

  • Interest in working in collaborative Nordic and global environments

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish

  • Minimum Bachelors degree
