Microsoft Dynamics Developer
We are seeking a MS Dynamics Developer, on a permanent basis in Dublin, Ireland.
The successful candidate should be a senior developer with strong coding skills, knowledge of networking and CI/CD DevOps and be able to work with the client technical teams independently.

Key responsibilities
· Take ownership of the existing application and improve the code quality
· Review the existing code and implement best coding practices, e.g., code modularity
· Work with the technical architect to understand the technical requirement
Skills & Requirements
Essential Requirements

A bachelor’s degree
-
4+ yrs. experience as a Dynamics CRM/365 Developer
-
Strong coding experience in C#, ASP.Net, .NET Core
-
Strong experience in writing and querying Web APIs (REST, XML, JSON) and Web Services.

Proven experience designing and developing solutions using C# .NET on Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Microsoft Dynamics CRM (On-prem 2011 – 2016 & D365) configuration and customization, including plugins, custom workflow assembly, forms programming (scripting), custom page integration.

Has experience integrating with other MS technologies (Office 365, SharePoint, C#/ MVC/ Web technology) and demonstrated knowledge of data integration and application migrations.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM or .Net certifications

Strong experience of CI/CD DevOps processes using Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines), Jenkins etc Knowledge of modern web programming such as React and Typescript

Knowledge of developing Portal Solutions used in conjunction with Dynamics 365/Power Platform

Ability to produce concise, accurate solution designs meeting business requirements

Good communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complicated processes and concepts to non-expert, business stakeholders.

Well-organised, analytical, detail-oriented, persistent, process-focused individual.
Nice to haves
-
Understanding & some experience in working with Cloud Native Development in Azure, AWS or GCP

Certification within the relevant Dynamics/Microsoft tech stack is an advantage but not mandatory

Experience in working in PaaS, Batch Services, Microservices Architecture, Serverless is an advantage.

Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure experience desirable but not essential.
