F-Secure through its Consumer Security Business unit is the market leader in the Service Provider segment working together with the largest Service Providers globally. Through our partners we protect tens of millions of consumers against cyberthreats based on our award-winning security and privacy products.
F-Secure's success is based on our unique channel strategy where we help Service Providers to define and execute their consumer security and go-to-market strategy. Our broad portfolio of cybersecurity products can be customized to fit partner’s needs, we optimize the customer journey and tightly integrate with business processes like provisioning, while our service marketing teams ensure the services are successfully launched from day one.
We are now looking to strengthen our Service Provider Business and hiring a Global Head of Pre and Post Sales Support to take the lead in managing our global team of talented pre and post-sales support managers. In this role you will be reporting to the VP Global Partner Business, Consumer Security BU and you will play a critical role in growing and scaling the business.
Lead a team of talented Pre and Post Sales managers who are located within our sales regions globally
Align and co-ordinate with Regional Sales and Delivery teams to provide necessary support to the sales teams and ensure smooth project deliveries
Co-ordinate necessary resources to support regional sales in the presales and RFX process
Co-ordinate Planning, scheduling, documentation for all implementation and upgrade projects along with the Delivery team
Provide effective communications to management and other teams as appropriate and necessary
Supporting the team with necessary skills development to ensure a world class pre and post sales team
Act as a mentor and coach to the team
Act as a technology ambassador and participate in industry events and related technology initiatives
Ensure that market needs are collated and fed into the product roadmaps and work with necessary teams to prioritise accordingly.
Travel as required to effectively support the business needs as and when required
What are we looking for?
Extensive leadership experience, excellent people management skills.
You will be expected to support the team and, in some cases, take the lead in complex customer engagements and RFX’s and ensure all the necessary stakeholders are engaged to ensure our success
Curious about technology and how it could enhance our position in the market
A team player who can lead and develop a geographically diverse team
Excellent command in both written and spoken English.
