Cigarette smoking shortens the life of just over 6 million people annually. Smoking rates decline at a far too slow pace. In fact, so slow that tomorrow holds more smokers than todays´1.2 billion due to population growth. By outperforming the deadly cigarette with attractive and far less harmful products that attract smokers, we can create a better world.

In Marketing & Trade at our Norwegian HQ, you will join a dedicated marketing team, developing consumer centric brand plans and executing marketing programmes. Doing so, we drive volume and value growth for our Brand Portfolio in Norway. You are responsible for the Norwegian shops that stock our products.

You plan and execute the initiatives that drive sales

The strategic launch plan of our products is your starting point. Together with your helpful and dedicated colleagues in the team, our key account managers, in-house studio, external creative partners and Consumer Insights, you decide our focus. And then you coordinate, form and execute the plan.

Handle all the details on each project

Typically, you run several projects at a time. You handle all details and engage with all stakeholders to ensure everybody knows their tasks and executes them. Furthermore you evaluate and communicate progress for the category and its competition for prioritized brands. Therefore, you also visit the customers regularly to gain market knowledge and insights.

Skills & Requirements

Experienced professional who has the overview

  • You have a university degree in marketing, economics or similar
  • You have a highly structured and collaborative working style
  • You have experience with FMCG and project management, enabling you to control and drive all your projects
  • You have the ability to constantly seek improvements and quickly adapt to new environments and implement new solutions
  • You enjoy analysing consumer insights and translating them into actionable brand initiatives
  • You hold a driver’s license B
  • You are fluent in Norwegian and English
