Our local teams in Norway and Denmark have a superb ambition to spread the word about our products, work culture, and daily hustle and bustle. The only problem is that our time and skills don’t keep up with our passion. That’s why we want a dedicated person to work closely with our sales and marketing organization to boost brand awareness. Let's put it like this: We want you to become our “Brand & Buzz Officer” in two of our growing local markets.
What would we like you to do?
You will become a part of our marketing department, based in our Headquarters in Lund, but work in Oslo or Copenhagen, and see things from a local angle.
You are not afraid to get out there, shouting out our message on as many channels as possible. Working closely with your team in Sweden, you will manage the local market implementation of all group initiatives, supporting localization, translation, and SEO optimization (Intensive brainstorming sessions with colleagues are promised).
To maximize local brand awareness, you will also initiate and drive your own marketing and employer branding initiatives, in collaboration with the Danish and Norwegian Country Sales Managers. This could include partnerships, campaigns, virtual events, webinars, send-outs, breakfast seminars, podcasts, social channels, PR, etc. You will dig into local partner networking and maximize customer value and advocacy with customer marketing. To ensure marketing goal fulfillment, you will monitor and track local performance.
What’s your profile?
Your educational background might be in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Sales, or similar. We are really interested in your ideas, entrepreneurial spirit, and skills - not necessarily in the title. You have probably been in the marketing game for a few (2-5) years, ideally in tech/SaaS companies. You might even have a demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams?
Being able to deliver new ideas on how to create a massive boost to brand awareness in the local markets, we believe that you have a mindset focusing on opportunities rather than constraints. Also, you’re not the anxious type, but someone who can take action without waiting for permission. We'd rather be fast-moving and flexible than stay on the safe side to avoid making mistakes.
Home in three Nordic countries
You are a vital part of the marketing department, and you report directly to the Head of Marketing. You have daily contact and visit your marketing colleagues regularly. Most importantly, you are closely involved in the daily work of our sales team and consultants in Norway and Denmark. Your home office could be either in Oslo or in Copenhagen. This is a permanent position.
