A driving license is life changing for many, providing both professional and recreational possibilities. Drivler’s solution is based on what today’s 16-30 year olds expect, namely being picked up and dropped off where and when they want. The customer requests a lesson from the connected teachers in the app, the price of which is elastic and data driven, securing both high utilization and margins. Drivler's customers will receive an equivalent educational quality to a lower price at a far superior convenience through an uber-like approach. Customers will be able to take a driving lesson instead of a taxi, or drive to school/work to be able to fit more value into their schedules. In addition, the customer experience will be enhanced through a modern and user-friendly UI.

To pursue this vision and reach the goal of becoming the driving school of people’s minds, Drivler needs you to fill the shoes of our third co-founder and perform the vital tasks of a strategic business developer.


Drivler is currently at a very interesting and malleable state where we just have been accepted to KTH Innovation’s one year startup-accelerator program, KTH Innovation Pre-incubator program, meaning that the person sought after for this position will join when things are speeding up and will have a lot of influence. At this early stage it is crucial to keep track of the market, trends and operation as well as securing important business partner relationships to create a solid business plan and set a winning business trajectory. The responsibilities will also include creating a pitch deck to secure funding.

Skills & Requirements

We are looking for a social and motivated individual with a great strategic and business driven mindset. You have, or are just about to finish, an academic background in economics, finance, industrial management or other relevant areas. You can show a record of successful relevant projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop the business model/strategy

  • Create a stellar pitch deck

  • Laying the foundation for further company growth e.g. securing venture capital

  • Secure business partnerships

  • Contribute to a great working environment


  • Startup experience

  • Experience in programming to contribute to the pricing algorithm.

We offer the possibility to join a high-aspiring tech-startup at an early stage as a Co-Founder. The position will be unpaid until the first venture cap round has been closed. This point in time will be heavily influenced by the person in the position described in this ad. Regardless, the salary should not be the top motivational factor. At Drivler, your financial incentive will come from vesting equity and due to the early stage of the company there is a possibility to receive a bigger share than otherwise. Hence, a candidate must have the financial possibility to keep afloat for an unspecified amount of time. We at Drivler are flexible, but we will prioritize someone able to start full time as soon as possible.

The Drivler-team currently consists of three people aged 25-30, two of whom work full time. These individuals have multiple years of professional experience in software development, both from the vehicle industry and consumer products. The third member is part time and acts more as an advisor because of his full time commitment as a CEO of a successful startup.

This Company is currently supported by KTH Innovation and part of a batch in the Pre-incubator program. The KTH Innovation Pre-incubator program is a 12 month program to accelerate the development of promising startup projects from KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Startup projects receive extensive support from inhouse Business Development Coaches as well as additional support such as office space, community activities, team development support, IP and legal counseling, access to industry, mentor and investor networks.
