About the Key Account Management team
The Key Account Management, or KAM, team is part of our Sales & Partners organization and manages our Key customers with particular focus on the segments White Label, Industrial, Supply chain, 3PL and 4PL customers. These are some of the customers with the largest revenue with our company. They are often complex and require the ability to build relationships based on being a trusted advisor across different stakeholders within the customers organization.

Position description
The Key Account Management function is a central part of nShifts commercial organization and focuses on developing and maintaining a selection of the company’s key existing accounts, based largely in, but not limited to Sweden.
As a Key Account Manager, you focus on retaining relationships with your customers and partners. You ensure customer experience and a high customer value, you develop commitment and increase customer satisfaction, all to secure long-term relationships, increased revenue and continued growth where possible. Categorizing customers into possibilities of up-sell and making sure our offering to the customer develops and changes to meet their needs, being internal spokesperson for the customer, collaborating with relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, will be part of the role. As a Key Account Manager, you have the overall responsibility for the customer or account.

Main Responsibilities

  • You are nShifts spokesperson regarding all commercial aspects with the customer.
  • Commercial responsibility for your accounts regarding, among other things, sales and commercial follow-up.
  • Actively work to expand contacts, deepen relationships and increase customer satisfaction (perceived value).
  • Actively work with nShifts footprint with the account (upsell and cross selling), increase the scope of nShifts products (functions and functionality), broaden the use (target new websites, departments, etc. at customers), if possible.
  • Where applicable, work to determine possibility of changing and cross-selling new services or platforms.
  • Work to fulfil nShifts contractual promises in a professional manner and uphold collaboration.
  • Together with the overall commercial organization ensure a legal and contractual governance structure and process.
  • Initiate, maintain and develop important customer contacts to secure new profits.
  • Deliver sales forecasts.
  • Continuous follow-up of goal fulfillment, financial status and planning of activities.
Skills & Requirements

Required professional qualifications

  • Proven commercial and business acumen

  • Legal/contractual understanding with ability to review, analyze and draw commercial conclusions from the context

  • Good ability to organize, prioritize and plan various activities and focus areas

  • Conduct sales-, sales forecast-, and account planning meetings

  • Experience from and of qualifying and prioritizing business opportunities

  • Negotiation skills, related tactics and execution

  • Ability to review, analyze and understand contracts

  • Good ability to organize, including prioritizing, planning, assigning and controlling objectives

  • Financial understanding of and around the most known reports and structures (e.g. ROI calculations)

  • Positive and team-oriented attitude

  • Industry expertise preferred, e.f. previous experience working within Technology/Logistics B2B/SaaS

  • Strong written and oral communication skills in Swedish and English

Preferred experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Economics/Marketing/Tech

  • 5 years of Account Management or sales role experience preferred

  • Experience from enterprise SaaS or equivalent solutions sale and/or logistics

Required personality traits and skill set

  • Structured and talented presenter with strong value based selling skills

  • Good verbal-, and writing skills in addition to capabilities to articulate value and concepts to decision making personnel

  • Good ability to work under pressure and deal with tight deadlines with high energy and resilience
