We are now ramping up our efforts in the Identity Business Area, and we wish to strengthen our team with a Senior Strategist, ID & Trust Services.
You will be part of the team working on strategy and business development within the ID Business Area, and report to our Head of Strategy and Business Development.
As Senior Strategist, ID and Trust Services you will have a key role in the the development of the company's strategy within the ID business area, and especially in relation to the new
EU Directive eIDAS 2,0. You will also be involved in exploring and developing our strategy internationally.
A commercial mindset and orientation as well as an analytical and structured approach is needed. We would expect you to identify new products, services and business models in the digital identity and trust service domain, in the intersection of customer needs, external forces (technology, market, regulation) and business strategy.
You always have a data-driven approach to identifying and exploring new opportunities, and you manage to break down complex issues into their constituent parts and to synthesize these into actionable plans.
We think you are a dynamic person who can lead larger projects and processes from start to finish - whether you are negotiating with a customer, establishing a strategic partnership with an international player or anchoring strategy with our board of directors.
You thrive in an energetic, fast-paced and interdisciplinary environment, and you are passionate about technology, digitalization, and the intersection between strategy and regulation.
YOUR TASKS:
Development of the company's strategy for ID and trust services
Lead analysis and strategy development in relation to the new regulatory regime in Europe (eIDAS 2,0)
Own and manage relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners (ex. government bodies, strategic partners, regulators)
Identify trends, data, customer insight and market mechanisms that can lead to new products / services and positions
Challenge everything from technical solutions, established value chains and business models to processes and customer value
Ensure good information flow with marketing, sales, strategy, finance, customers, partners, product and technology
Explore and validate concepts in close cooperation with product managers, UX and others in the product organization
For this role, we prefer that you based in our office in Oslo, Norway
