Job Description

Our sales team is looking for someone special. Someone who is an expert on digital services, and values team effort over individual performance when it comes to sales. Someone who gets their kicks from breaking new ground and creating value at our target customers. In other words, someone who shares the same mindset with our sales & marketing team.

Qvik is a consulting company 100% owned and run by Qvikies. We do design, development and consultation for our clients, creating the most impactful B2C digital solutions with real measurable value. We have left our mark on the finance, travel, media, healthcare, gaming, telecom and logistics industries, among others.

About the position

Our sales & marketing team has 11 members and we ensure that our customers are aware of everything the modern tech world has to offer for their digital services, now and in the future. We want to create an impact within the digital landscape with our customers, and you are the core player in the team! Your focus would be in creating new business and to develop & grow existing customer relationships, making sure clients such as Posti, Elisa, Yle, VR and Säästöpankki are satisfied with our deliverables.

In practice, your days would be filled with business consulting and sales activities, such as contacting clients, building offers, or responding to RFPs. Our team is active in attending and hosting events and webinars and together with our marketing team we communicate about Qvik’s excellence areas to the market and take part in relevant discussion. You’ll also be working closely with our consultants, making sure that the set targets will be achieved together and the account can be developed further in the right direction.

About you

We seek someone who understands what it’s like to sell professional services with a strong new business focus, especially in the digital landscape.

With at least a few years of experience in solution sales, you will quickly get to grips with our accounts, putting your listening and negotiation skills into action. We hope that you have an understanding of different business models and industries, and recognize their different needs and how our offering could resonate with them. You’ll need both Finnish and English in your daily work. We’re looking for a lead hunter who knows how to pitch but more importantly to listen as well. You’ll be an integral part of the sales team and you’ll both be given support (if needed) but freedom to do what you do best.

If you also have experience in and a passion for marketing or customer-centric digital services and the design domain, we’ll be blown away.

Our offer

The salary level in this position will be somewhere between 5000-6500 €/month + bonus and you will have a possibility to become a shareholder of Qvik.
