Sword Services Greece S.A. is seeking to recruit a high caliber, energetic individual to join our newly established Software Development team in Greece as Java Developer (Spring Boot). The successful candidate will work in a multinational environment on a multitude of tasks supporting our core business in large International Information Systems. The company is currently expanding its activities in Greece offering an optimum career advancement opportunity for the successful candidate who should combine a relevant educational and professional background, with enthusiasm and eagerness.
What you will do...
- Design, develop and maintain of Spring framework (Spring Boot) applications;
- Design and realize microservices architectures with Spring Boot;
- Write technical documentation;
- Collaborate with the project team to define and design technical solutions;
- Estimate tasks required to complete development projects;
- Assist in deployment and configuration of Spring applications;
- Development and execution of JUnit tests.
What is your experience...
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other relevant field (i.e. Engineering);
- Minimum 3 years’ of experience developing applications with Spring Framework (preferably Spring Boot);
- Good knowledge of Relational Databases (preferred Oracle DB);
- Ability to draft technical documentation;
- Excellent command of the English language both written & spoken.
Experience in the following technologies will be considered an asset:
- Microservices using Spring boot;
- Restful Web Services;
- Docker, Kubernetes;
- Kafka;
- Camunda;
- Non-Relational Databases (especially MongoDB).
