Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 base salary plus bonus opportunity

We are looking for a motivated, proactive Talent Acquisition Manager, with the potential to challenge existing norms and really drive Meltwaters headcount growth in the UK and Ireland. You will be responsible for owning the full talent acquisition cycle. You are part of our leadership team and take full ownership for all recruitment, onboarding and employer branding related initiatives in the UK and Ireland. The goal is to build a strong pipeline of high potential candidates to grow our sales teams and contribute to our company vision and mission.

You will work with and learn from great sellers and a strong leadership team, in a supportive environment focused on personal development and career advancement.

The Role:

  • Your role will follow 3 verticals - hiring talent, employer branding and onboarding/development of our new hires
  • You will manage a full cycle hiring process across our offices in London, Dublin, Cardiff and Edinburgh with the opportunity to regularly travel to these locations!
  • You will manage the recruitment pipeline in our ATS (Jobylon), from application to final interview
  • You will ensure our candidates are taken on the best possible journey from start to finish
  • You will work intently with the Sales Directors to develop their headcount goals and build an impressive recruitment strategy for each office
  • Strong capabilities in stakeholder management are required
  • You will be proactive, innovative and creative in all elements of the role
  • You will initiate and lead all our employment branding initiatives
  • You will be responsible for University relations and engagement programmes across the UKI - including attending Career Fairs

Skills & Requirements

Your Qualifications:

  • In true Meltwater fashion…..entrepreneurial spirit, drive & killer instinct!
  • University degree (preferable HR) with strong academic results
  • 1-2 years of full cycle recruitment experience
  • An exceptional communicator, and a strong collaborator who can also be trusted to work independently to deliver on projects
  • Experience using data to drive recruitment pipelines
  • Passion for digital media, technology and what it can do for businesses today
  • Excellent level of proficiency in written and spoken English
