We are hiring an Area Sales Manager for our Central European Headquarter in Munich. You will be the one to represent the brand and spread our mission into the market.
Tasks & Responsibilities
As Area Sales Manager you are primarily responsible for:
- Developing and build strong strategic partnerships with existing and new business partners in South Germany, Austria, Switzerland
- Managing independently, lead strategically and develop the Tiger of Sweden Central Europe accounts
- Full KPI and budget planning
- Collecting and analyzing sell in/out data, stock coverage regularly and act accordingly
- Constantly identifying new business opportunities to guarantee further business growth
- Driving the in-store brand presence as well as ensuring excellent brand consumer awareness and connection
- Aligning seasonal initiatives to the overall GTM strategy
- Maintaining expert knowledge of products and competition products
- Providing brand and collection trainings to partners
- Working with marketing department to ensure that all accounts take full advantage of all marketing tools

Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor degree or/and successfully completed apprenticeship
- Three years of professional experience in a comparable position and industry (Retail, Fashion)
- Very good in creating relationships with general stakeholders at all levels of business
- Strong negotiation, communication and problem solving skills
- Analytical, numerate and strategic; ability to prioritize and plan
- Great willingness to travel and flexibility
- Excellent German and very good English skills
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office (especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
