What we are looking for.
As a consultant at Curamando, you will work at the intersection of marketing, sales and consulting and handle key strategic, organizational and operational challenges faced by our clients. You can take on an interim line role as a marketing/digital manager or lead any core online process in a client organization as well as take part in shorter projects.
You are a generalist within the marketing field with more in-depth knowledge in some selected areas. For example branding, paid media, eCommerce, digital marketing, customer insights, email marketing, omnichannel marketing, CRM, pricing, sales and channel management.
You have experience in managing projects and campaigns, setting strategies and tactics and making recommendations for improvements. As well as a broad understanding of current marketing & sales trends, their impact on business strategies and their implications in creating and sustaining competitive advantage.
What you can expect from us.
At Curamando, you will be part of projects and gather experiences that would be hard to amass working on the client side. You will be exposed to new industries, clients in various stages of digital maturity, and sudden challenges mid-project that no one could have anticipated but that need to be addressed. You will meet and interact with C-level management, client-side experts, vendors and suppliers.

Have strong written and verbal skills to communicate professionally with clients.
Fluent in Norwegian & English writing and speaking
Having knowledge of all online marketing channels and working operationally with one or two marketing channels are seen as a plus.
Are familiar with analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
Possess a strong analytical and numerical skillset.
Certifications in Google, Facebook and/or other advertising platforms are seen as a plus.
