Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Supply Chain Technology Specialist to join our passionate team in Stockholm!
In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in developing a new generation of large scale European battery factories. The battery supply chain is rapidly evolving globally, and Northvolt are acting in the forefront of driving sustainability, cost structures and standards. As Supply Chain Technology Specialist you are responsible for developing and driving cross-functional compliance of our global supply chain processes and related enterprise systems. You are a pivotal part of the Supply Chain Technology & Sustainability team, a small, central excellence team with the purpose of developing a scalable operating model for Northvolt's supply chain.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement globally scalable Supply Chain processes (e.g. sourcing, P2P & logistics) across Northvolt's different entities
- Act as Product Owner for Supply Chain enterprise systems/modules and drive digitalization initiatives together with our IT department
- Analyze, recommend and implement improvements to Northvolt Supply Chain's Operating model
- Contribute to the Supply Chain Master Data Management, related processes, governance, systems and tools

Skills & Requirements
Qualifications/education/experience
- A relevant university degree (B.Sc. / M.Sc. or similar). MSc in Engineering or Business, preferably including Supply Chain Management
- Extensive experience within Supply Chain, Purchasing and/or logistics - preferably working with process excellence and digitalization/automation
- Strong ability to structure and drive problem solving based on available data
- Experience in working cross-functionally
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Other language skills are beneficial, but not mandatory (e.g. Swedish, Polish or German)
Specific skills:
- Good listener but also willing & able to challenge status quo and apply logical reasoning
- Strong presentation skills: written and oral presentation
- You need to possess leadership qualities and ability to build trust and motivation with key stakeholders to ensure implementation of initiatives
