About our team
Meltwater’s Professional Services team focuses on media insights & analytics. We take responsibility for curating bespoke reports and managing key projects of our biggest clients. We deliver business-essential intelligence reports based on our keen analyses of various media outlets across traditional and social media channels. Our core competency of high adaptability to client’s requirements and fast turnarounds comes from the unique team of individuals composed of diverse insights & analytics skills. We always strive to break new grounds, constantly focusing on solution-oriented approaches and at the same time developing every individual to his or her full capacity.
About the role
As a Senior Manager for Professional Services, you will be helping to grow our Greater China business. You will lead and develop a team of managers who are responsible for 30+ analysts that will perform research, curate bespoke analytics reports and improve existing solutions. In addition, you will work with vendor partners to support the overall business. This role is a crucial partner to our Key Accounts and Enterprise teams to develop our business strategy for short and long-term growth that would create and implement strategic initiatives across the China business.
What you’ll be responsible for
Ensure all programs are adequately staffed
Team is supported, has a voice and a champion
Responsible for the fiscal health across all programs and account
High level understanding of all projects/deliverable types
Flexibility to execute a program as needed
Work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals

Ensure regular management meetings and manage communications between managers, ensuring all deadlines are met
Continually look for innovative solutions and production methods
Works with internal stakeholders on emerging customer problems and early solution ideation.
Coaching and promote career development of leaders on your teams
Mentors senior level or managers on strategy, collaboration, influence, execution, and other aspects of leadership
Plans and executes changes to team staffing in service of company goals: identifying gaps, defining roles, and managing team size
Oversee all projects and manage third party costs
Develop and actively manage vendor/freelance talent relationships
Review all program reconciliation and program costs against budget
