Our Sales team is expanding. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be an essential member of the sales organization, playing a critical role in building lead lists, qualifying leads, profiling customers, conducting outbound sales campaigns, performing demos, and closing sales. You will collaborate with your global peers on the marketing and engineering teams. Your primary objective is to generate unit sales of our Furhat robot and Misty robot.
The Successful Candidate Will
Achieve monthly sales goals
Source and manage leads
Conduct outbound sales campaigns
Have discussions with prospects and existing customers over the phone or video conferences to identify and qualify opportunities
Understand customer pain points, gather technical requirements, and correlate business value to customer needs
Understand existing and developing technologies as it relates to social robots
Update and maintain customer information within Hubspot
Provide detailed call notes to ensure the opportunity is understood and the next steps are clearly defined.
Present our Furhat robot and Misty robot to diverse audiences globally, including higher education institutions, research departments, and innovation groups.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum BsC within relevant field
At least 2+ years of experience in technical, IT, software, or hardware prospecting and sales
At least 2+ years of experience using a CRM/Customer Relationship Management tool
Technological Literacy
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling advanced technologies
Target orientated, ambitious, creative, customer-focused
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with highly developed interpersonal skills and organizational skills, decisive and result-oriented who is prepared to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
