The business area E-Commerce is now looking for a B2B E-Commerce Manager to join the team of other E-Commerce talents in supporting our clients digital growth through improved processes and teams, clear strategy and well functioning sales and marketing channels. We are recruiting for both Stockholm and Gothenburg.

You will have a team of E-Commerce Managers that share knowledge, support each other and together we develop the Curamando E-Commerce offering. As an E-Commerce Consultant at Curamando you will get the chance to work with some of the biggest Swedish companies.
As an E-Commerce Consultant your role with our customers can be different from case to case. You might be an interim B2B E-Commerce Manager filling a position at a client while they are recruiting, working together with ARC and Curamando experts to grow their business. In another assignment you will be a part or in lead of an E-Commerce Strategy project.
The role as E-Commerce Consultant is fun and diverse, you will meet a lot of clients in different sizes, with different challenges and in different industries. But what’s always common, are us supporting the growth of their online business!
You currently work hands-on within B2B E-Commerce or have a background working within digital sales, probably as a channel owner. Which industry or size of the company is not the most important here, your know-how and attitude is. You have a track record in reaching your sales targets and driving a small or larger E-Commerce team. In addition to your knowledge you are solution oriented, enjoy facing new challenges and meeting new people.
You are sales driven and you understand the mechanisms of digital sales and how to use the drivers to increase sales. Defining processes and planning daily operations as well as tactical plans is something that is business as usual to you. We see that you are used to daily discussions with performance marketing agencies for traffic acquisition, development of roadmaps with developers / product owners and content production with designers / copywriters.
We see it as meriting if you have been involved in procurement processes from an E-Commerce perspective (pricing, assortment, and technical functionality). You might also be involved with Vendor marketing plans and onsite promotions like search boosts, ads, vendor campaigns and more.

Skills & Experience
5-10 years of experience within B2B E-Commerce and digital channel ownership
Strong sales and marketing track record
Team management experience with E-Commerce, tech and/or marketing teams
Fluent Swedish & English in writing and speaking
B2B E-Commerce strategy
B2B E-Commerce platforms
Qualifying experience, but not mandatory
Budget and forecasting experience
Experience with third-party sales channels (e.g. Marketplaces) would be an asset
Strong experience in pricing, online merchandising, product management, e-Commerce platforms and/or last mile would also be an asset
A consulting background is meriting
Project management experience (Agile/Scrum)
Supporting procurement processes from an E-Commerce perspective
Experience from onsite commercial activities with vendors
