Business Process and Requirements Analyst

We are looking for a solution driven business process and requirement analyst to optimize our business and system requirement processes. The role is a part of our Quality team based in Stockholm, Sweden. By joining us, you will be a key player in establishing our IT business processes and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.

About the job
As a Business Process and Requirements Analyst you will be responsible for establishing a framework for gathering IT System business requirements based on the core business process. This includes defining, mapping, fulfilling, and measuring the fulfilment of business requirements throughout the project lifecycle. You will also work with establishing, documenting, and updating our business processes based on global and local needs. As part of ensuring that the business requirements are fulfilled, you will establish and execute user acceptance testing plans.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing standardized business requirement frameworks
  • Planning and executing user acceptance testing to ensure that the systems perform in the real world at the level that we require.
  • Ensuring that core Business processes are documented and aligned within the organization.
  • Developing and run trainings for super users across the systems that you are responsible for.
  • Managing communication with key stakeholders including developing reports and dashboards to measure project status.

The person we are looking for is flexible, curios and eager to learn. You should have a sound knowledge of business processes within the manufacturing industry and experience working with ERP Processes such as requirements definition, user acceptance testing and user training. An excellent business process and requirement analyst will be someone whose expertise translates into the realization of our business's long-term objectives.

Skills & Requirements

We believe that you have :

  • A degree in information systems /computer science or MBA/Relevant University Degree
  • 3+ years relevant experience (For example: working in ERP implementation projects or gathering IT business requirements)
  • Excellent English written and oral skills
  • Track record of successfully driving new systems implementations
