About this position

The Marketing Automation Manager is a new role on the APAC Marketing team. You will be a key member and contributor to our growing regional business. You will own and manage our regional technology stack and be responsible for day to day operation of our automation systems, specifically Marketo, Zoom Webinars, ON24, CRM, our CMS system etc.

You will primarily work with field marketing managers across APAC, to understand, plan, build and execute email communications, marketing automation campaigns and nurture programs to meet business objectives. The role will report into the APAC Marketing Director.

Ideal candidates will have proven marketing automation experience, as well as a strong understanding of B2B digital marketing and lead generation.

Meet the team

The APAC Marketing team at Meltwater is the growth engine for the business. The team focuses on demand generation to drive sales by working closely with regional sales leadership and global cross-functional teams to support Meltwater’s continued growth in the region.

What will you be doing?

  • Design, build, execute and optimize marketing programs and campaigns within Marketo and our CRM to deliver measurable results.

  • Develop audience segments, lists and reporting mechanisms to drive engagement.

  • Identify opportunities for testing and recommendations for program improvements.

  • Manage the contact database; upload lists; maintain segmentation; uphold data hygiene standards; optimize email deliverability.

  • Create emails, landing pages, templates, forms, nurture programs, lead scoring, in accordance with industry best practices

  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, creative and copy tests for campaigns and landing pages to optimize performance.

  • Oversee various technology integrations including CRM, webinar platforms, data enhancement tools, etc.

  • Measure, track, analyze, and regularly report on the effectiveness of programs; create projections and measure ROI.

  • Create standard and custom analytical reports and dashboards on MQLs, acquisition programs, nurture campaigns, conversion rates and media buys to track campaign ROI, attribution and sales effectiveness.

  • Continuously evaluate emerging digital technologies and propose new and creative growth strategies.

What we would like to see from you

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.

  • 3+ years of marketing automation experience in Marketo and Salesforce.com (Marketo certification highly regarded).

  • Deep understanding of demand generation, lead lifecycle, lead nurturing and lead management.

  • Experienced in webinar hosting platforms, including scheduling, prepping, hosting, recording, and follow up.

  • Track record of success marketing to mid-sized and enterprise businesses.

  • Excellent marketing project management skills to allow for timely planning, executing and reporting on multiple marketing projects at the same time, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.

  • A proven history of delivering high quality projects on time and within budget guidelines.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve. Goal and results driven, ability to get things done.

  • Fundamental knowledge of HTML/CSS will be a is a huge plus as it can help while working on email templates and landing pages
