RECRUITMENT PROCESS?
1. 50 min meeting with our TA Specialist (your background & future ambitions, role goals & expectations)
2. 45 min meeting with the hiring supervisor (deepening the discussion on your skillset & our opening)
3. 60-75 min chat with a few colleagues (get to know each other, how would it be to work as part of the team, diving deeper into your skillset)
4. 30 min coffee chat with your supervisor’s supervisor (what drives you forward & tech’s future at Schibsted)
In every interview, we have saved 10-15 minutes for you to interview us. So think about things you would like to know and have the courage to ask difficult questions! The hiring decision always has two sides: we make our choice, but most importantly, you are also making a big decision for your future. Hence, we want to make sure that all your questions are answered and you have all the necessary tools before taking your next career step.
