Job Description

Your role

As a part of our development team, you will be working on our whole tech stack from the customer facing applications to the backend and database. You will be contributing throughout the development lifecycle, from design, planning, implementation, testing, distribution, and maintenance.

Our tech stack today consists of Node.js, React, React Native, MongoDB. We host our systems on Amazon Web Services.

There is also a small but very core part in Java and Swift where we handle our Bluetooth communication.

At our Stockholm office you will on most days find our CEO, Christian, a few days a week also our Product Owner, Sofia, and Robert one of our founders. And of course, plenty of other colleagues that work in other departments in the organization.

We are a dog friendly office, here you will meet our office dogs Bamse, Stellan and Ammi on occasion.

Our products

Our product portfolio consists of: A end user mobile application which is used for a number of features we offer the public from collecting parcels to using the locker for personal storage.
Mobile application used by the carriers to deliver and pick up parcels from our boxes. A mobile application for installation and maintenance of the boxes used.
We also have a few web based applications for administration purposes.

Skills & Requirements

What you bring

  • A couple of years of experience developing software Experience of software development in ME(K)RN-stack, MongoDB, Express/Koa, React & Nodejs.
  • Previous experiences working with cloud platforms and integration towards external partners.
  • Some front-end experience building apps and thinking about the end user journey.
  • Curiosity and a collaborative workstyle, you want to share your experiences and knowledge with us so we can learn from each other.
  • Communicate in Swedish and English both written and spoken.
  • You need to be located in Europe due to tax reasons.
  • Preferably located in Sweden to be able to come to the office and work with us from time to time

Bonus qualifications

  • Experience working in agile teams following some of the agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Working as scrum master or similar role coaching the team in their way of working.

Qlocx iBoxen Digital is a pure tech organization that builds and manages software services primarily for our sister organizations iBoxen infrastruktur AB and Qlocx AB.

iBoxen creates an independent and open infrastructure of parcel lockers that are outdoors and available 24/7 to receive, return and send parcels purchased online. New for this year are also C2C transactions that are made possible through the parcel lockers. The digital engine for iBoxen's infrastructure is operated and developed by Qlocx iBoxen Digital, where we develop innovative digital "last mile" services connected to the parcel lockers together with Sweden's transport companies. Through a proprietary hardware from Qlocx that controls the locks with digital keys via mobile applications, we create a large number of different innovative services in a very flexible way.
