Sievo has just expanded our operations to a third location, adding Bucharest to the list in addition to Helsinki and Chicago. We also have ambitious growth plans for the coming years, and now we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to take our Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding to the next level!
You would join Sievo’s People function that has responsibility over all HR operations globally. We are a diverse group with people from different backgrounds. With us, you’ll have a lot of freedom, but you will always get help if needed, and definitely won’t get bored.
You’ll have the opportunity to build and lead our TA team and to create EB and recruitment strategies. But especially when you start on the job, you can also expect to get your hands dirty with some actual recruitment.
You will
- Be responsible for Sievo’s Talent Acquisition as a whole
- Lead our TA team
- Grow the team to respond to Sievo’s growth needs and global setting
- Create and update recruitment related materials
- Own of our ATS system
- Develop and update our recruitment process
- Work with end-to-end recruitment processes
- Update our employer branding strategy and create content with marketing
- Lead big EB projects
- Make sure our managers have the needed recruitment knowledge

What would give you an easier start
- Being passionate about Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes
- Understanding of tech on a high level (you have heard of databases, cloud, backend, frontend, UI, and business intelligence tools)
- Interest in leading teams
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to react fast, learn on the go and make decisions
Bonus points available for
- Understanding of Employer Branding
- Sourcing experience
- Finding talent to tech related roles
- Experience in recruiting in the US. market
