Responsibilities:
As Product Manager in the Dealer Squad, you will take ownership of the product domains Bilinfo.dk and Bilinfo.net. You will be responsible for defining and executing on our product strategy, experience design, development, launch, measurement, and iterations. You will be exploring key opportunities for growth, creating a stellar customer experience, and supporting all aspects of the business. You are dynamic, collaborative, and curious as we build new experiences and improve existing products. You will work with Design, Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, Legal and Finance, to name just a few, as well as working closely with other squads, as part of a Motors unit, where we all collaborate on how to build the strongest Next-Generation experiences for car sellers and buyers.
The Dealer Squad operates a self-managing cross-functional team and has the necessary competences to chase big goals as an independent unit. Your job will be to take product leadership in the team, own the product vision and steer us on the path to more nordic impact.
The squad is located in Århus, and we work in a hybrid-model, where you can work from home when you want to focus and in the office when you want to collaborate.
What you will do
Work hands-on with engineering, design, business development, sales and customer service teams to collect and prioritise product inputs.
Drive product development from concept to launch and operate in a fast-paced setting using agile methodologies like Dual Track.
Work on problems and opportunities, not "scoped solutions"
Define and track product metrics to measure results.
Be responsible for all product collateral and communications - documentation, announcements, brown-bag and office-hour sessions
Engage continuously with users to ensure their success.
Have a natural bias for getting things done, decompose complex problems into a product delivery sequence.
Have a passion for data driven decision-making while dealing with ambiguity.
Who you are
Some years of experience from building and shipping digital user centric products (i.e. SaaS, marketplaces, e-commerce or similar)
Understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery, product delivery and the complete product lifecycle.
Experience from working with cross functional product teams, stakeholder management and know how to set and communicate a clear vision, strategy and roadmap. You are a good facilitator and communicator.
Data analysis skills and familiarity with data analysis tools such as Tableau, Amplitude etc.
You communicate well and can present yourself as a product leader inside and outside the team
Ability to travel occasionally to meet stakeholders and team members in any of our countries of operation (Denmark, as well as Finland, Norway, Poland and Sweden).

We offer an attractive salary package consisting of base salary and an individual bonus plan. We also offer 6 weeks of vacation after 9 months, training budget, mobile phone and laptop.
