Job Description

Do you thrive in an environment that’s buzzing with film quotes and the next upcoming film premiere? Do you have an interest in sales and want to start building your career? This is your chance - we are looking for a Sales Assistant to support SF Anytime!

SF Anytime is the leading video-on-demand service in the Nordics and Baltics. It offers a variety of films, ranging from the latest Hollywood blockbusters to independent movies and local Nordic favorites. Our B2B and B2C Sales team is responsible for making sure that we maximize sales both through partners and directly to end consumers.

In this role, you will work high and low within the sales and marketing field. You will drive your own projects, but also support the team in their activities. Among other things, you will work with:

B2B sales
The B2B part of the business is built on partnerships with around 20 telecom and digital TV operators, that have the right to distribute our films and TV series to households in the Nordics and Baltics. You will:

  • Support our partners on a day-to-day basis with information, campaigns, and marketing material in order to drive sales
  • Produce presentations, write newsletters, communicate and serve our partners with inspiring content information on a regular basis
  • Present relevant titles and campaigns to partners and make sure SF Anytime content is featured on partner platforms
  • Support the marketing team in operational tasks
  • Prepare content campaigns for presentation to B2B partners

B2C marketing
Our B2C marketing activities involve all media types where we follow our marketing strategy and work with media houses and with film studios to drive sales directly to the end consumer. You will:

  • Collect relevant marketing material from film studios for campaigns
  • Brief our advertising agency and ensure that they follow SF Anytime Brand guidelines
  • Plan and schedule social media posts across SF Anytime channels
  • Work with affiliate partners, serve them with marketing materials and information to drive transactions
  • Support the marketing team as needed from day-to-day

Partnerships and voucher sales
The 3rd area of our sales strategy is film codes and voucher codes that are distributed via partners. Many mid-sized and large corporations purchase a film experience for their customers and employees via SF Anytime. You will support this part of the business by:

  • Support Partners Sales Manager with order processing and delivery of vouchers
  • Ensure that the Partners follow SF Anytime Brand guidelines.

Skills & Requirements
To be our perfect match, we think you

  • Have some experience working with sales and marketing, preferably within a digital business. You may not have experience in all areas of the job – but you should have the interest to work high and low in an ever-changing environment.
  • We also welcome applications from candidates that come straight from the university but are very motivated to start their career in marketing and sales with SF Anytime
  • Have a higher education within a relevant field (university or vocational university).
  • Are fluent in Swedish and English, in both writing and speaking.
  • Have good graphical knowledge and can produce various types of sales and marketing material - If you are skilled in Photoshop and/or email marketing tools that is a great plus!
