Key responsibilities
Evaluating technologies and build technology road maps with focus on R&D within various forms of cell design.
Setting up and executing the long-term R&D plans reporting to the CTO.
R&D strategy planning, budgeting, and executing according to the company objectives.
Personally invest in creating an inclusive, collaborative working environment with teammates from all over the globe. Help onboard new teammates with clear communication, shared goals, and mutual trust.
Your experience
In general, you have extensive experience in the R&D field and have been driving large, innovative and challenging high-tech projects. Specifically, you have a deep understanding of working with R&D within the battery industry.
