At the same time the Automotive industry seems to have reached a tipping point with regard to innovation and disruption. Electrification, new forms of ownership/ mobility services, and an increased demand for buying cars online altering the existing playbook for all players. As a result, these changing dynamics have accelerated competition in the used car space, opening up entirely new and exciting positions for online marketplaces.
What you’ll be up to
You will be in regular contact with major OEMs / Importers, large dealer groups, finance/leasing/insurance companies and a variety of other partners cooperating with Bilbasen/Bilinfo/DBA or purchasing vehicle data from Schibsted.
You have a distinct sales profile and you are able to work both strategically & operationally/tactically in order to achieve Partnership revenue targets and engage in cross sales activities with other commercial teams. Furthermore, you must possess a certain degree of business development competences to support and facilitate internal product development together with above mentioned clients.
Foremost, you are a skilled and track proven salesperson, with extensive C-level digital solution/consultancy selling comeptences. You must furthermore have extensive experience with conceptualization of scalable digital finance/insurance & marketing/media solutions within the motors industry.
As part of the Motors Team and as Manager Motors Partnerships you will be:
Managing and further developing / strengthening Motors Partnerships (Finance & Insurance companies, vehicle importers and large dealer groups) in Denmark with the ambition of achieving revenue targets/budgets & further development partnership relations & mutual cooperation.
Development (in cooperation with other Motors functions) & sale of new strategic motors concepts & initiatives applicable to Schibsted Marketplaces/Platforms in Denmark (Bilbasen, Bilinfo & dba.dk)
Responsible for Motors Partnerships Account Management, New sales & cross sales to other commercial teams.
Collaborating with our Schibsted colleagues in the Nordics regarding new Motors concepts exchanging market & partnership knowledge.
Responsible for ensuring Partnership Revenue & Budget Target.
C-Level client management & consultative sales experience
Strategic / Consultancy / Analytical approach to sales (Solution sales)
Proven sales track record of achieving demanding revenue results
Analytical as well as entrepreneurial mindset
Used to broad stakeholder management
Experience from Importers, Dealers or Motors Finance is a plus
