PDM Application Support Leader (f/m/d)

The focus of your role

We’re looking for a PDM Application Support Leader (f/m/d) to employ in Munich area within our business unit Digital Engineering Lifecycle Management (DELM). Central application Support for a big PDM system with more than 1600 users.

For that you will lead the support team and dispatch and control support activities concerning 2nd and 3rd level support only.

What you’ll do

  • Managing the support tickets - it is your responsibility to ensure tickets are solved inside the limits of the service KPIs
  • Doing a first analysis of detected/reported issues
  • Solving tickets on your own or dispatching tickets to other team members
  • Supporting the user community for issues and requests
  • Applying or suggesting data corrections to the system
  • Monitoring, reviewing and submit proposals for optimizing service processes (ITIL III)

What you’ll bring

  • BSc/MSc in IT, Engineering or equivalent
  • NATO nationality only (ITAR)
  • 3+ years of experience in the support (only 2nd and 3rd level) area
  • User level working on Unix/Linux is nice to have
  • First experience with ORACLE-SQL is a plus
  • High motivated team player
  • Fluent in German and English
