The focus of your role
Central application Support for a big PDM system with more than 1600 users. For that you will work closely with your colleagues in the 2nd level support and with other team members.
What you’ll do
- supporting the user community for issues and requests
- monitoring the ticket system - it is your responsibility to ensure tickets are solved inside the limits of the service KPIs
- solving tickets on your own or dispatching tickets to other team members
- do a first analysis of detected/reported issues
- applying or suggesting data corrections to the system
- monitoring, reviewing and submit proposals for optimizing service processes.
