Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Project Coordinator to join our excellent and passionate Manufacturing team in Skellefteå. In joining us you will play an important part from the very start, building the first European lithium ion battery giga-factory, Northvolt Ett. Northvolt will play a significant role in the transformation to a carbon free society.

The Project Coordinator's primary focus will be on coordinating a overall manufacturing short- and long-term plans, update follow up numbers for indicators and time plans.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

· Keep short- and long-term plans updated

· Ensure data for instance for customer meetings are updated

· Update data for manufacturing indicators

· Prepare presentation material both for internal- and external customers

· Book and prepare meetings

· Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

· Coordinating schedules, resources, equipment and information

· Liaising with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives

· Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management

· Help prepare budgets

· Keep risk register up to date

· Providing administrative support as needed.

· Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project

Skills & Requirements


· Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
· An ability to prepare and interpret schedules and step-by-step action plans
· Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
· Strong stakeholder and teamwork skills · Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
· Strong working knowledge of for instance Jira, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
· Hands-on experience with project management tools like Trello or Jira

Specific skills (eg specific programmes, languages, certifications etc)
· Good to have knowledge in Jira
· Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office Personal success factors (Consider Bold – Passionate – Excellent)
· Very good interpersonal and teamwork skills
· Need to be very orderly and structured
