In this exciting role, you will be the trusted advisor to both Meltwater’s existing customer base and our internal Client Success (CS) team on all things Influencer Marketing.

Meltwater has recently bolstered our tech stack through key acquisitions in the social media landscape, our most important addition is Influencer Marketing and Authentication platform Klear.

In the past 12 months alone we’ve integrated Klear, Owler and Linkfluence and see these acquisitions as a pathway to further growth in the Australian market by focusing on how our clients can leverage social media data.

Now is the time to bring in experienced and growth-minded people who have a passion for consulting clients on their Influencer Marketing strategy as well as a flare for sales and marketing.

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about the products you represent, have a strong focus on delivering a best in class client experience and be driven to hit your monthly/quarterly targets by upselling and cross-selling our Influencer Marketing platform into our existing clients.

You can expect to:

  • Be our products expert in Influencer Marketing and manage upsell and cross sell opportunities for your product suite

  • Partner with the local Australian CS team to drive revenue growth within existing customer accounts and achieve your monthly sales target

  • Consult and understand a client’s Influencer Marketing needs and challenges to effectively communicate how Meltwater’s product suite can address the client's strategy

  • Be plugged into Meltwater’s global Centre of Excellence (COE) for Influencer Marketing and Social Media Engagement, this includes cross-region collaboration and training from our most knowledgeable staff across the world

To be successful you have:

  • 2 + years of Influencer Marketing industry experience in a B2B environment
  • A track record of sales success in a fast-paced environment and willingness to continue to succeed
  • Influence and negotiation ability coupled with flexibility and resilience
  • Well organised individual, and able to work independently
  • Proactive self-starter with a positive attitude
  • Enthusiastic team player who is inquisitive and eager to learn
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Full Australian working rights
