Meltwater is seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst. This role will be an integral member of the HRIS team, helping to build and configure solutions in our Workday system. We are seeking someone who can deliver an excellent employee experience by designing scalable and efficient processes that supports our rapid growth. This position is remote, but located in the UK.
Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and other teams to roll out sustainable solutions
Gather requirements, build, test and deploy functionality for multiple modules within Workday including Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, Time Tracking, HCM, Payroll
Lead end-to-end configuration, testing, and deployment of current and new business processes
Configure and build Workday Reports, Dashboards, Calculated Fields, Security, Business Processes, EIBs, Reports as a Service
Research, analyze and prioritize opportunities for self-service management
Proactively review and prototype functionality from bi-annual Workday releases to meet business needs and address areas for improvement
Provide functional support for end-users, helping troubleshoot and resolve system issues including building solutions ad hoc
Provide training, demonstrations and documentation to business stakeholders
Maintain documentation of configuration, requirements, testing
Skills & Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of configuration experience with the Workday Product Suite, with expertise in at least three of the following product areas: Core HCM (required), Absence (required), Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, and Payroll. Expense, Performance, and Talent is a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
Experience coordinating & leading cross-functional team projects independently
In-depth, hands-on experience in configuring Time Off Plans (both USA and Global) of significant complexity.
Experience building end-to-end configuration of data integrations highly desirable (benefit carriers, SFTP, RaaS)
Strong problem solver, critical thinker, quick learner
Comfortable delivering results in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal, analytical, and collaboration skills
Advanced report writer and dashboard experience
Proven experience creating a diverse range of complex calc fields
Possessing an open mind, a flexible nature, a can-do attitude
Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills; Vlookup, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas
