Product Vision
The vision for the Nellie product is to build the leading B2C platform for expedition travel that creates a world-leading experience for our guests and enables Hurtigruten Expedition's ambitious growth targets. The platform is to be a Nextjs Javascript application using Server Side Rendering to help best in class performance.

Skills & Requirements

Hurtigruten is looking for an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach who serves the organisation by delivering an effective agile transition.

We believe that you will be working with the CCO, SVP Commercial Hurtigruten Expeditions (HRX) and SVP Commercial Hurtigruten Norge (HRN) to improve their agile way of working. Help teams learn through experiences, self-organising while working on a problem, and reflect to improve.

Working out of London, you will partner with an international group of Agile Coaches.

As part of our next stage, we need people who would like to:

  • Inspire and teach in a practical way how a functional organisation can deliver through two parallel value streams and without using difficult theories and expressions.

  • Increase the collective output of the value streams.

  • Show how to achieve a performance-oriented culture.

  • Be a leader who serves the organisation by promoting great guest experiences.


Responsibilities

  • Work with the CCO and SVP Commercial HRX/HRN to improve team collaboration and increase organisational output.

  • Work with other Agile Coaches to train teams and value streams.

  • Work with teams to understand their current way of working and continuously improve how they plan, operate and work with other teams.

  • Work with the management group and their teams to set goals using the OKR framework.

  • Promote the Hurtigruten mindset in an inspiring way through your personality, perspective and teaching.


Experience

  • Filled a central role of digital transformations.

  • Worked with several agile frameworks and can articulate their usage for the business in a non-technical way.

  • Coached non-digital business units in an agile way of working.

  • Supported management to understand the benefits of working agile.

  • Produced Organisational Modelling, Process Development, Value Stream Mapping, Process Improvement and Flight Levels Systems.

  • Worked in international and multicultural environments.

  • Formal certification as a scrum master, product owner, flight level or similar agile approaches.

  • BSc or MSc degree in computer science, social sciences, business studies etc.

  • Fluent in English, spoken and written.

  • Have a passion for people, group dynamics and business.

  • Have an appetite for learning new things and improving existing ones.

  • Can bake theory into tangible practices.

  • Has the ability to visualise, articulate, and solve complex problems and make sensible choices based on available information.
