As the Process Improvement Engineer, you will work on improving current process to deliver better quality, yield and cost-effectiveness. You will lead business and quality critical projects, implement Lean manufacturing principles, perform complex data analysis to reduce waste and variation from our processes.
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is based in Västerås, Sweden. By joining us, you will contribute to building a purpose drive organization that is one of the first large scale European battery factories.
About the team
Our team is based in Västerås and has a great mix of Data Scientists and Operational Excellence experts. We are all striving towards delivering world class products for a greener tomorrow.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Identifying key areas of improvement
Leading complex root cause analysis
Leading process improvement projects and activities
Yield improvement
Delivering training

We believe that you have :
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
Experience in executing process improvement projects
Good communication skills
Excellent English written and oral skills
Successful track record of leading improvements
Experience with change management
Seasoned Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Bonus points for

Experience and interest in mass manufacturing industry
Fluency in other languages
