Sogeti Ireland are looking for a Sales Operation Support with 1-2 years’ experience in Sales Operations and/or Partner Management. The candidates should have experience of working within the Sales team, liaising with Senior stakeholders, Partner stakeholders, experience of lead follow up activities and exposure to different technology offerings such as Digital, QA, Data & BI etc.

Your focus:
Foster and grow relationship with partners, and working alongside Account Managers and supporting them in other Sales Operation related activities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordination, reporting and management of various initiatives, meetings and marketing engagements around partner alliance.
  • Maintain an action tracker and lead dashboard on all the co-selling opportunities with partners.
  • Manage and plan training workshops and events in collaboration with partners and internal teams.
  • Conducting and managing market research aligned with sales priorities.
  • Gain thorough understanding of the end-to-end sales operations process.
  • Creating and maintaining sales operational products for individual opportunities.
  • Support sales team during Request for Proposal by contributing to bidding and tender processes.
  • Communicating with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals.

  • Previous experience in sales operations or a similar role
  • Level 8 or 9 degree in business/ information technology or a related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, with a ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to organize and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to engage project teams members virtually and in differing time zones.
  • Demonstrate strong written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools essential
