Skills & Requirements
- Flawless English written and oral communications
- A second European language would be a bonus
- Strong academic record and 3-5 years' solid professional experience in London
- Ideally, in a leading communications (PR or Public Affairs) consultancy
- Steeped in current affairs, hooked on the news, fascinated by journalism
- A proven enthusiasm for networking and getting results for clients
- With the legal right to work in post-Brexit Britain
- No visa sponsorship

2002Company founded in Gothenburg, Sweden, by Morten Rud Pedersen.
2006The Stockholm office opened, bringing our brand of public affairs to the Swedish capital.
2008We opened in Copenhagen, Denmark.
2012Our clients asked and we responded - by opening our office in Oslo, Norway.
2014The creation of King Street, our PR focused brand, as well as the addition of our Helsinki office.
2017Welcom, our strategic communication and digital media-focused brand, joined the company. We also created RP People, our headhunting and recruitment-focused brand. Additionally, we opened our Brussels office.
2018Our seventh office was established in Tallinn.
2020We entered the German market by establishing an office in Berlin.
2021We welcomed the Lithuanian communications agency Fabula to the Group, thereby expanding into our 8th market in Europe

2022Rud Pedersen Public Affairs opened offices in Warsaw, Poland; London, UK; and Sofia, Bulgaria. Additionally, we opened offices in Riga, Latvia via VA Communications; Paris, France via CNTVRS; and Tallinn, Estonia via merging our existing office with META Advisory.
2023We opened an office in Kyiv, Ukraine. We also opened an office in Madrid, Spain via RetiEspaña.
2024We opened an office in Prague, Czechia and Rome, Italy. The Italian office solidifies our European footprint as we now operate in the Europe's 5 most populated countries (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland).
