The Enterprise Client Success Specialist is critical to keeping low gross churn and high client satisfaction across the Enterprise customer portfolio. This individual needs to have a passion for account management and a successful retention track record. This role works very closely with the Enterprise Account Director and other Enterprise team members to provide white glove service, implement large-scale, complex solutions, and troubleshoot problems throughout the customer lifecycle. They are the first responders and are required to develop, maintain, and nurture relationships with some of the world’s largest organizations. This role is evolving as we scale and can open a career path for other roles across the Enterprise team.
