  • ITSM process consulting experience and knowledge for Incident, change, problem modules service catalog in ServiceNow
  • Minimum 5 years experience on similar roles
  • Experience of large-scale service integration / change projects
  • Knowledge of technical areas (i.e., Cloud Services, Distributed Systems, Computer Operations, data communications, Storage Management, Information Security, Contingency Planning, etc.)
  • ITIL v3 (intermediate or above) and nice to have ITIL v4
  • Good knowledge of business or systems analysis methods and tools (BPMN, Lean, RUP, UML, TOGAF, COBIT)
  • Experience of Service Management audit, maturity assessment and process improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management, comfortable in a client facing role and with stakeholder management
  • Very good command of English language

  • Provides consultancy to help ensure that clients get the maximum benefit from their ICT investment, advising on all aspects of IT Service Management relating to large scale programmes.
  • Provides high-value strategy, business analysis and procurement consultancy to ensure any solution aligns with the business objectives.
  • Produces high quality, formal deliverables; supporting large ICT procurements and helping to develop strategic capabilities, encouraging knowledge sharing and providing technical assurance that proposed solutions are fit for purpose.
  • Works with cross functional teams to provide IT Service Management expertise using established frameworks, such as the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
  • Works as part of a team, by using the tools & technologies at disposal, in order to provide the expected project outcomes as defined by project plans and SoW
  • Based on Capgemini’s best practices and methodologies, advises the client on the optimal approach to addressing their challenges and achieving the desired objectives
  • Understands and anticipates business priorities and aligns them within project boundaries
  • Identifies new business transformation opportunities, documents, and presents them to the project team and key client stakeholders
  • Proactively supports all client initiatives, within the boundaries of each engagement, ensuring their success
  • Actively upsells Capgemini’s services and solutions to the clients engaged with, where feasible
  • Identifies new business opportunities and brings them to the attention of practice and MS management
  • Any other tasks in line with the requirements of line manager.
