The Senior Presales Consultant supports our direct and indirect sales team to achieve their sales targets. As a true professional and solution-oriented team player, you are responsible for different presales activities in the APAC region.
Responsibilities include presenting the value of Basware solutions to business and C-level users, along with deep-dive technical and security discussions with their IT and security teams.

Building competitive proposals and presentations, and supporting RFP responses
Conducting solution demonstrations and technical/security presentations
Acting as a business advisor on purchase-to-pay processes during the sales cycle
Proactive knowledge transfer, communication, and training
Supporting partner management in ramping up new partners
Acting as the local extended arm of Basware global Product Management to ensure product roadmap competitiveness and communication
Support for solution design & proof phases of the sales cycle for networked Source-to-Pay solutions
Contribute to the internal bid qualification process and member of the local bid committee
Calculating and presenting customer ROI on Basware solutions
Independently delivering customer Success Lab workshops on best practice P2P solutions
In addition to sales-related activities, you will provide support to Marketing lead generation and be engaged in providing expert support for marketing events
Cross-border global sales support
5+ years experience in one of the following fields: Presales, Business Consulting, Product Management, Sales Specialist, or AP or Procurement
Well versed in applying multidisciplinary skills such as customer focus, value selling, solution and process orientation as well as a strong functional/technical understanding
Skilled in aligning solutions according to industry trends
Strong Business acumen with the ability to handle complex business challenges
Experienced in identifying, qualifying and managing opportunities and driving proposals
Bachelors’ degree required with preferred degrees in either IT, Computer Science, Economics or Commercial.
