Business advisor is responsible for planning and executing business strategies to improve efficiency in the operational and financial management of business unit (BU). The business advisor will set up strategies and standard operating procedures for BU governance and steering including BU risk analysis, managing the project governance, set up strategies to improve BU efficiency and productivity as well as profitability.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Coordinate analysis, planning and execution on business strategies, business opportunities and efficiency improvements
Coordinate day-to-day planning and execution of the BU common operations and governance including interface and stakeholder management to other teams
Implement improvements of processes and ways of working connected to governance, ways of working and operational changes
Manage governance of risks related to strategy, operations as well as manning
Prepare project and productivity reports as well as internal documentation ensuring compliance with ISO and other quality and safety requirements
Utilize and educate the BU team in tools for electronic efficiency tools for business strategies, governance, and efficiency improvements
Develop and maintain internal and external communication channels
Assist in preparing the overall Northvolt debt and equity opportunity positioning together with the BU management team

Exceptional track record in evaluating business processes and finances and any previous experience working as a Business Advisor in a related industry is recognized
Advanced and documented experience and knowledge of business operations, business strategies, productivity tools and strategic planning
Proficiency in analyzing budgets and preparing financial reports
Experience in project management and implementing best industry practices
Exceptional ability to identify future business opportunities and mitigate risks
Competence with integrated electronic strategic management systems
Exceptional interpersonal skills toward efficiently communicating new business processes and procedures
Master of Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Management, or similar
Excellent English speaking
