Stillfront is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Team. Stillfront Group is a cohort of 22 (and growing) gaming studios located around the world; this role will directly collaborate with a distributed team across all studios.
The chosen candidate will have the opportunity of a lifetime! To manage the development of a cutting-edge data platform that will consolidate data from over 300 games, petabytes of data, and dozens of services from User Acquisition, attribution partners, payment platforms, and data warehouses found at all of our studios.
Work with our fully distributed teams around the world to manage the development process alongside the VP of Data Platform and the CTO. This highly collaborative role requires cross-discipline communication, organization, and direction to achieve business objectives. You are responsible for coordinating schedules, prioritizing tasks, mitigating risks, communicating progress, and improving processes.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in game development and has a keen knowledge of how each discipline operates and interacts. Self-direction and follow-through skills are a must, as well as the ability to anticipate production issues and find effective solutions. Your number one responsibility is to help make everyone on the team more effective in their jobs.

Own projects' status and schedule, engaging them to our team as well as stakeholders and interested parties
Use tools like JIRA and Confluence to organize projects and share your knowledge
Manage the development life cycle, from creative concepts all the way to development and release
Motivate, coordinate, and manage the activities of personnel to achieve project goals
Facilitate communication between engineering, management, customers, and business personnel
Project planning and resource allocation of both daily and long-term scheduling
Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to senior management
Manage communication with studios and ensure the success of their integration efforts into Stillfront.
What you bring to the role:
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
Strong work ethic, an upbeat attitude, and working well under pressure.
Minimum 5 years of project management/producer experience with a top-tier game company, preferably mobile F2P
Experience with Agile software development processes, including SCRUM and Kanban
Ability to communicate effectively with engineering, management, customers, and business personnel
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Appreciation and sensitivity to cross-cultural differences in the workplace
Strong interest in gaming
