We are looking for you who wants to develop and lead our talent acquisition function to attract the right talents and build winning teams. In Stockholm we have an established team and are looking to expand our management group within Talent Acquisition to help us expand across all our international sites. You will work with establishing a new function, recruit your team members, supporting us in further building our process and TA function at Northvolt.

You will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sourcing and recruitment strategy finding attractive candidates for a wide range of roles
  • Design a scalable recruitment process based on best practices, ensuring a top candidate experience
  • Build and maintain talent pool
  • Be a trusted advisor when it comes to recruiting
  • Build a Talent Acquisition team as we grow the organization
  • Execute on hiring plans, drive all end-to-end recruitment efforts during start-up phase, and partner closely with hiring managers
  • Measure success and process quality by setting up the right KPI’s
  • Engage in Employer Branding initiatives and onboarding

Education/Experiences:

  • You have a university degree and +5 years of experience in the talent acquisition field
  • Experience from start-up/scale up is preferred, in a global market
  • You want to become a leader but still enjoy picking up operational recruitment topics. Experience in team coordination is an advantage
  • You have extensive experience from recruiting and preferred also by blue collar positions
  • Experience of working and building relationship with senior business stakeholders
  • Experience from ensuring diversity perspective in the full recruitment process
  • English and Swedish skills, both verbal and written
