Business Analyst with Salesforce Experience

  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM Products to develop client or business solutions;
  • Hands on experience configuring Salesforce or similar CRM Product, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls;
  • Banking experience;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Proactive and problem-solving approach;
  • Good time management skills and the ability to manage own workload.
  • Understanding of technical foundation and ability to directly deal with technical analysts and developers.

Nice to have:

  • Salesforce certification.


  • Work with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements;
  • Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our clients;

  • Help with the drafting of the specifications and participates in the framing of the Salesforce project;

  • Help guide businesses to improve business processes and efficiency in Salesforce;

  • Elicit, document, and analyze requirements around business challenges, and then produce data-driven solutions;

  • Be the liaison between IT and business stakeholders to ensure all involved work together to attain the best results.
