In this role, you will work with CRO focused UX design within the Experience & Behavior team, and be a part of UX/CRO processes within different organizations and industries. You are comfortable in taking your own initiatives, but you’re also humble and flexible in adjusting your way of working to client needs and conditions. User Experience, Conversion Rate Optimization, and having a data-driven mindset float your boat, and you have a curiosity, drive, and willingness to deepen and broaden your knowledge.
What you will do
Analyze qualitative data to understand the customer journey and user needs to generate hypotheses and insights for the optimization work
Evaluate and validate visitor behavior based on UX principles, data, and behavioral science
Operate and secure flows for qualitative analysis, documentation, design changes, user tests, and analysis of A/B- tests from a UX perspective
Use agile workflows e.g. Lean, double diamond, design thinking for improvements based on user experience and business goals
Create conceptual data through sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to ensure conversion-optimized design
You will collaborate with different teams and competences and do quality assurance of specialist deliveries.
You will also be a key contributor to the continuous growth of expertise within the team and Conversionista in general.
Who are you?
You have 5+ years of experience in UX/CRO roles.
You are a people person who is flexible, adaptive and likes to work in an iterative way, and keep learning from others. At the same time, you are comfortable in taking your own initiatives and driving things forward. You have decision-making skills and like to have a clear view of where you want to go. You are not afraid to speak up about the things that you believe in and are also able to see other people's perspectives. You have an interest in understanding users’ needs and business goals.
You can be described as strong but humble, and you like to educate others. You are patient and have an analytical mindset.
