The Customer Services organization includes the Professional Services and Customer Support functions, and is made up of more than 550 Basware experts globally.

Professional Services, made up of Project Managers, Solution Architects, Solution and Technical Consultants and Success Services professionals, deliver customer implementation projects and provide services that help Basware customers adopt, optimize and accelerate the benefits of their Basware solutions and services. Customer Support provides professional help to our customers to manage operational and service issues that arise from using our services.

Customer Services draws on our collective expertise so that our customers realize the best possible business outcomes with Basware’s Networked Purchase-to-Pay solutions.

We are now looking for a Change Request manager to join our post go-live Change Request Delivery team **** to validate, scope, create and manage offers for our customer requests landing with the Change Request center. In addition, the selected person plays an important role in securing Basware’s and our customers’ success while working in close collaboration with local Change Request managers, Central delivery teams and regional project managers by ensuring an excellent customer experience, timely execution and high-quality CR delivery.

Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

  • taking overall responsibility in validating and scoping new CR requests
  • preparing high-quality offers towards our customer as per scope definition
  • timely review, follow-up and closure of outstanding offers
  • securing the invoicing of implemented changes.
  • working in partnership with our customers to define the priority level of the pending requests
  • securing timely completion of the change request within foreseen budget
  • maintaining high standards within the team by establishing best practices
  • providing strong queue management and planning support on daily basis
  • foreseeing appropriate resourcing of the Change Request queue, as well as overseeing the team’s workload and profitability
  • contributing and/or driving operational development as part of continuous improvements initiatives
  • facilitating monthly reporting of selected KPI’s

Skills & Requirements

We would enjoy working with a professional, who possess/holds…

  • 7+ years’ experience in a customer facing, service-oriented role within an ICT environment
  • strong experience in scoping, planning, prioritizing and managing high-volume deliverables
  • solid experience in queue, risk and escalation management
  • outstanding planning and organizational skills
  • Understanding of procurement, financial business processes and/or Basware products is considered an advantage.
  • strong communicator, motivator and collaborator with experience of working in a matrix environment
  • analytical and organized working style
  • fluent in both written and spoken English is a must
  • experience with ServiceNow, Planview and/or CR is appreciated
  • knowledge of, and delivery experience with, the implementation of software products is considered an advantage
