This is what you will do

With an even stronger competition for talent, Lantmännen has to further cultivate our People Brand, candidate journey and employee engagement. Therefore, we are now further strengthening our Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Team with a colleague to work with our employer branding and talent attraction.

You will become part of Lantmännen Group’s TA & EB team, with colleagues located in Stockholm and Malmö. We are working broad and across our business areas and sectors and with topics such as employer branding, the candidate journey, recruitment, student- and university relations etc.

In this role, you will e.g. work with external employer branding campaigns, social and digital content, our summer internship, employee ambassadorship, planning and organizing university events, optimizing processes and continuous development of EB activities, thus cooperating with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally. You will collaborate with the colleagues in the TA & EB team and over time responsibilities and tasks might vary and can be further developed.

You will report to Head of TA & EB and for this role occasional travelling will be required.

Skills & Requirements

This is what you need to succeed

You have:

  • A relevant university degree within e.g. business administration, marketing or HR.
  • Experience working with employer branding.
  • Experience from driving projects and coordinating events where you have been working with multiple stakeholders, both external and internal.
  • An interest in and experience from social and digital channels, branding, and recruitment campaigns. It is considered a plus if you have previous experience in LinkedIn, Episerver/Optimizely (CMS) and Sharepoint as well as skills in photo and/or video editing tools.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Swedish. Additional languages, especially in Finnish, are of advantage.
  • Good communication and presentations skills

You are:

  • Communicative and relationship building. You are great at collaborating in teams and building long-lasting relationships, both internally and externally. You're able to adjust your style and delivery to various stakeholders.
  • Flexible in your approach. You find it easy to adapt to new ways of working and embrace change. You feel comfortable working independently as well as in a team, and with both operational and ad-hoc tasks as well as more structured and proactive responsibilities.
  • An excellent organizer. You are systematic in your approach, can prioritize and organize your work and take the lead when necessary.
  • Creative and innovative. Inspire people, bring new perspectives and ideas to take on challenges and find new ways to approach opportunities.
