Curamando Role:

• The main driver of developing and improving on our Salesforce business value offering

• Actively pushing our enterprise clients to best in class CRM via Salesforce products

• Represent the Salesforce business area in our Expert Capability commercial team and help relevant teams in resource planning

• Support Curamando commercial team by educating in Salesforce business area, creating sales proposals and actively be involved in sales dialogues

• Actively identifying new business opportunities to ensure continuous growth within the Salesforce business area

• Responsible for building the Salesforce business area team

Client Role:

• Act as a senior advisor to management, helping them both strategically as well as executing their technical and operational agenda

• Help the client to build successful CRM teams powered by modern data architecture and supporting processes

• Establish operative models and KPI frameworks that promote steering in alignment with business strategy and objectives

• Lead and manage junior colleagues, helping them to deliver client value and accomplish personal growth

• Create business value by applying platform-specific best practices

Skills & Requirements

• 5 years general experience working with Salesforce products

• 5 years hands on Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud experience

• Work on the strategy and design end to end customer journeys within Salesforce covering data segmentation, content, automation and journey building

• Experience in driving global CRM projects in the areas of marketing automation, churn prevention, data analytics and CDP. / Experience in driving global CRM projects using marketing automation, data analytics and CDP tools

• Business Analysis and Business case/ROI construction / Build project business case (ROI) and follow up

• Agile transformation and methodology experience

• Project management for software implementation

• Experience in gathering business requirements

• Workshop facilitation

• End user training’s

• Have handled team of 10-25 people

• Great communication skills

• Fluent in English and Swedish
